Alan Hatch, the President of Preferred Communities, was the president of a
self managed community from 2001 to 2006. Originally, this community had
its struggles. With his one on one approach, he was able to bring this
defunct and non-communicating neighborhood together. So much so, the City
of Mesa presented the community with the “Spirit of Mesa Neighborhood”
award in 2004 for outstanding events and community building. Alan has also
been an active board member for the Leadership Center since 2003. He
earned his CMCA (Certified Manager Community Associations) and his AMS
(Association Management Specialist) through Community Associations
Institute. Mr. Hatch is also a certified mediator for the State of
Arizona.
The team that supports Preferred Communities brings a combined 34 years
experience in customer service, home inspections, collections,
communications, computer programming, accounting and all areas of
community association management. Also, many on his team have served as
officers and board members of various communities.
